Where We Ship

We currently ship across the United States and to select international destinations.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times 

United States: 5–9 business days after processing.

International: 10–20 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also track your order any time through the "Track Your Order" link in our footer or by contacting vireasupport@gmail.com.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, email us at vireasupport@gmail.com as soon as possible — we can update it before the order ships, but we cannot reroute a package once it's on its way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, reach out to vireasupport@gmail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and take care of you.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties charged by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
